Replacement Policy
1.If the items are damaged, buyer can take photos and contact the our customer service within 3 days of receiving the items. Once the 3 days period is exceeded, seller will not deal with the damage.
2.Seller will review the damage to the items and reschedule the replacement within 3-4 working days.
3.The cost of delivery of replacement items will be the responsibility of the seller.
Refund Policy
1.If the buyer does not accept a replacement, he/she may request a refund.
2.Buyer can take photos and contact the our customer service within 3 days of receiving the items. Once the 3 days period is exceeded, seller will not deal with the damage.
3.Buyer must return the items to the seller within 3 days of receipt of the goods to the designated logistics company skynet.
4.Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the seller.
5.Seller will refund 100% of the money to the buyer within 3-4 working days of receipt of the returned items.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 12 hours will receive a 100% refund. no refunds will be given after 12 hours.
