Shipping & Delivery
Most of the items in our factory are pre-order items and take 7 working days to be prepared and dispatched from the factory. We deliver most items Monday to Friday 9:30am-5:30pm(delivery times may differ slightly between our carriers). In cases of delivery to remote rural locations or on occasions when exceptional circumstances prevent us from keeping to schedule, the delivery may fall outside the published times.
